Unit 1: Indigenous Societies before 1492
This is a short unit that focuses solely on the Americas before European contact in 1492. We will look to challenge some of the typical stereotypes that we have for the people inhabited North and South America during this time as well as use this mini unit to familiarize you all with some of the skills and expectations for this course.
